Introducing “The HR Well-Being & Future Generations Award” Global Recognition Program

The international program focused on enhancing well-being culture, family support, and preventing digital fatigue is jointly implemented by the Pertini Innovation Center New York and the Pertini Center for Healthy Child Development.

This professional program is designed to recognize, evaluate, and certify companies and HR leaders who actively implement strategies aimed at employee well-being, supporting their children, preserving family balance, and combating digital fatigue syndrome.

Target Audience and Nomination Modalities

The program is fully modular and tailored to the operational specificities of companies across various industries. The participation of organizations and HR professionals is structured through the following modalities:

• Individual HR Representative Nomination - for personal contribution and leadership in implementing well-being practices.

• Nomination through Internal and External CSR Activities - evaluation of implemented initiatives defined within the five Pertini program packages, which directly impact family stability and the development of employees' children.

• Corporate Certification - awarding official recognition to the company as an organization that supports well-being values and strategically invests in the development of future talents.
